Associate Lawyer
Ariane joined Lawways’ Coporate team in December 2023, after practicing as a legal counsel on international M&A transactions for the French group Thales.
Before her admission to the Paris Bar, Ariane completed several internships in Coporate M&A, including at the French public financial institution Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and at the law firm Jeantet.
A mountain enthusiast, Ariane enjoys exploring hiking trails all over the world.
