Founding Partner

Hortense has specialized for nearly 23 years in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring operations. She is involved in investment and divestment transactions such as venture capital, development capital and LBOs.

She has developed her expertise in international law firms (Gide Loyrette Nouel, Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP), as well as in the Private Equity department of one of the first French investment banks (Societe Generale Asset Management, now Amundi PEF).

This dual approach to legal issues allows her to offer pragmatic solutions perfectly adapted to the needs of its clients, French and international groups in different service sectors, investment funds and private investors, but also to managers with innovative projects with high added value, particularly in the field of new technologies.

In September 2009, Hortense joined Lawways to create Lawways Corporate.

Outside the office, Hortense rests on his yoga mat and adopts the Zen attitude.
