At the request of a Leading French unicorn in the crypto market, we support the legal team in setting up employee profit-sharing mechanisms. 

Case detail

This client wishes to interest in its share capital all employees (as soon as they are hired) within the company and its subsidiaries for the purpose of motivating the teams and sharing value creation.

Our intervention 

We support this client on a daily basis in the implementation of monthly BSPCE plans, ensure the follow-up of the capitalization table in permanent evolution taking into account in particular the entries and exits of said employees, the exercises of said vouchers, transfers of securities, etc ...

The challenge 

We have a particular focus on the permanent evolution of the social capital of this unicorn and must take into account on a day-to-day basis the movements occurring on the capitalization table. The high number of employees today and the constant recruitments lead us to a very high vigilance given the stakes.
