Drafting and negotiation of an ERP integration contract

At the request of an international group in the healthcare sector, we designed and negotiated a contract for the integration, hosting and maintenance of the chosen software solution. 

Case detail

An international group in the healthcare sector had plans to replace its current ERP software with a new solution that met its needs and the best market standards.

The new software was to be eventually deployed to all the group's subsidiaries (located in more than 15 countries).

Our intervention

We designed a tailor-made integration, hosting and maintenance contract after involving the concerned departments of the company.

We then accompanied our client during the negotiations of the contract with the selected service provider until the contract was signed. 

The challenge 

We were particularly vigilant during the negotiation of the DPA (agreement on the subcontracting of personal data) because health data was at stake.
